Chris joined the Colasanti Companies in 1977 and has since transformed them into one of the largest and most respected full-service concrete contractors in the United States.

Actively involved in day-to-day operations, Chris oversees operating plans, corporate policies, and both short- and long-term objectives. He plays a crucial role in shaping the organizational structure, advising staff, and reviewing business performance. Additionally, he leads the Preconstruction Department for self-perform concrete work, managing bids for various project types with different delivery methods.

Chris holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University. After graduation, he started his career at Colasanti in the field, gaining invaluable hands-on experience. His years of hard work, dedication, and visionary leadership have been instrumental in the remarkable growth of the Colasanti Companies

Don joined the Colasanti Companies in 1986 and plays a pivotal role in overseeing all fiscal aspects of the Colasanti Group and its subsidiaries. His responsibilities include managing financial plans, accounting practices, cash management, budgeting, and tax and audit activities. Don is crucial in analyzing and interpreting financial data, maintaining relationships with business and financial vendors, and implementing improvements to enhance systems and financial performance.

A certified public accountant, Don holds a BS in Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University and an MS in Taxation from Walsh College

Anthony joined the Colasanti Companies in 2002 after graduating from Miami University (Miami of Ohio) with a degree in Finance. Raised in Michigan, Anthony inherited a strong Italian work ethic from his grandfather and father. During the summers between school terms, he immersed himself in the family business, working in the field, laboring, and pouring concrete to deepen his understanding.

After spending five years at the corporate office in Michigan, Anthony relocated to Florida in 2007 with a mission to expand the business in the southeastern United States. Over the years, he held diverse positions within the company, accumulating significant experience and earning the respect of his colleagues.

Anthony is a natural leader with a can-do attitude, thriving in challenging situations. Currently, he serves as the President of Colasanti South, Inc., where he provides strategic planning for business acquisition, operational success, and profitability.

Anthony, along with his wife and two children, resides in Orlando, FL.

Drawing upon over thirty years of field experience in the concrete industry, Kyle brings a wealth of insights gained from projects across the country and various industries to influence Colasanti’s projects. Starting his career as a laborer, Kyle worked his way up through the ranks, embodying key character attributes such as ambition, integrity, and persistent dedication. His influence extends beyond his individual work, shaping the company’s culture and inspiring his co-workers.

Leveraging his extensive experiences and relationships, Kyle plays a crucial role in guiding all facets of Colasanti’s business operations. This includes overseeing scheduling and logistics, facilitating procurement, selecting systems and equipment, and managing staffing. Kyle’s hands-on approach and deep understanding of the industry contribute significantly to the operational success of Colasanti.

Beyond his professional commitments, Kyle is a devoted family man, cherishing time with his wife and four children. He also enjoys the occasional round of golf with friends. Kyle stands as a key contributor to the services Colasanti provides to its clients.

Pat joined Colasanti Construction Services, Inc. in 2008 and serves as the President of CCSI. In this role, Pat oversees and coordinates the company’s GC/CM estimating pursuits, providing both technical and administrative direction. This includes assisting corporate and project management in selecting suitable projects to bid on, reviewing final estimate packages, negotiating contracts and change orders, and offering overall guidance.

In addition to these responsibilities, Pat plays a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships, providing mentorship, and challenging Colasanti personnel. Pat ensures that the company’s goals, as established by the guiding principles, remain on target for successful achievement.

Pat earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Detroit in 1985.

Scott joined Colasanti Construction Services, Inc. in 2005 and currently serves as the Executive VP of the GC/CM division. In this role, Scott oversees various aspects, including monitoring departmental operations, managing customer relationships, and maintaining continuous interface and coordination with project owners, designers, trade partners, and Colasanti personnel. His focus is to ensure that the work is completed to owners’ specifications while adhering to all company regulations.

Additionally, Scott plays a key role in the continual development of standard operating procedures and talent development/mentoring within his designated market segments.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Western Michigan University in 1994 and later obtained a Master of Science in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University.

Martin joined Colasanti Construction Services, Inc. in 2022, assuming direct responsibility for overseeing self-perform concrete operations throughout the Midwest.

Martin has a proven track record of achieving extraordinary growth by maintaining a strong focus on both external and internal customers. His commitment extends to developing people and processes, harnessing innovation to add value in production-driven construction. Martin is a visionary business leader, a motivating construction manager, and a passionate civil engineer with extensive experience in major construction projects and globally operating construction equipment companies.

Grounded in values of leading by example, fostering teamwork, upholding integrity, and prioritizing safety, Martin has demonstrated proven leadership in profit and loss management, sales, engineering, and product development. His expertise includes simplifying business processes and effectively resolving challenging issues within business units.

Laressa Colasanti officially joined the Colasanti Companies in 2015, after contributing in various capacities during her school summers. She graduated from Oakland University in 2010 with a degree in elementary education and later leveraged her skills to build a career in Human Resources. When the opportunity to work for the family company arose, she gladly accepted.

As the head of the Colasanti Companies’ Human Resources group, Laressa oversees education and training, internal mobility, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.

Jessica joined the Colasanti Companies in 2015, having earned dual undergraduate degrees with high distinction from The Pennsylvania State University. She furthered her education at Michigan State University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude with a juris doctor degree.

As General Counsel, Jessica oversees the companies’ legal matters. She advises executive members on new and existing laws to ensure compliance and smooth business operations. Additionally, she reviews, drafts, and negotiates construction contracts to effectively manage and minimize risks.

Jessica holds State Bar Licenses in Michigan and New York (In-House Counsel License).

Robert joined Colasanti in 2024 as Vice President of Business Development, bringing over 40 years of experience in construction and business development. A proud graduate of Valencia College with an Associates Degree, Robert combines his expertise with a strategic, client-focused approach to foster meaningful relationships and drive success. 

Currently residing in Orlando, FL, Robert’s deep understanding of the construction industry, coupled with his passion for building connections, has been pivotal in expanding Colasanti’s reach and strengthening its presence in both Michigan and Florida. His dedication to delivering tailored solutions ensures Colasanti remains a trusted partner for clients and trade partners alike.
